GoLive Software is an offshore development agency based in Ho Chi Minh City. We place senior Vietnamese developers full-time in the tech teams of startups and SMEs, mostly in France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg and the rest of the French-speaking world, plus Singapore and Australia. The developers work in English; the management speaks French.
Our story
Vincent Roye, a French engineer, moved to Vietnam in 2014 to supervise teams of local developers. What started as one assignment became a craft: sourcing, managing and getting Vietnamese developers to ship for French clients.
GoLive Software has placed more than 100 senior developers since 2022. Vincent still supervises every engagement directly: he takes part in architecture decisions and day-to-day management, and he handles the cultural and technical gaps between your team and ours.

Why Vietnam
Vietnam has a mature tech market: strong engineering universities, an active startup scene and developers who keep up with modern frameworks. Senior developers with 5 to 10 years of experience in React, Python or Flutter are numerous and accessible.
Ho Chi Minh City is on GMT+7, five to six hours ahead of France. That leaves a daily overlap with the European morning for stand-ups, code reviews and demos, without breaking anyone's day.
The team
GoLive Software is led by Vincent Roye, CEO and founder, who selects the developers and follows every engagement. The Vietnamese team includes senior full-stack (React/Next.js, Node, Python), mobile (Flutter, React Native), AI (Claude Code, LLM integrations) and DevOps profiles.
