All our developers use Claude Code every day, for code generation, refactoring, tests, debugging and reviews, and we train them continuously on Claude, Cursor and GitHub Copilot. When several of them join your project, they bring the same working habits from day one.
How we build your team
- Scoping in French: you describe the roles, stacks and objectives to the founder, in French or English.
- CVs per role: 2 to 3 pre-selected senior profiles per role within 48 hours, with the rate for each profile.
- Your choice: you interview the developers and pick each member of the team.
- Start and grow: developers start within 7 business days on average; you add or remove roles as the project changes, with no minimum term.
- Supervision: Vincent Roye follows the engagement, steps in on architecture decisions and handles day-to-day management issues.
Typical team profiles
Senior full-stack (React, Next.js, Node.js, NestJS, Python), mobile (Flutter, React Native), back-end (PHP Laravel and Symfony, .NET), AI and LLM integrations, and DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS). Each developer works full-time, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, on your project only.
Time zone
The team is based in Vietnam (GMT+7), five to six hours ahead of France. The European morning overlaps with the Vietnamese afternoon for stand-ups, code reviews and demos.
