Can a small business work with GoLive?
Yes. There is no minimum team size: you can start with one senior developer who joins your existing team, or who works alongside a technical founder. You can add a second developer later, or stop, without any minimum term.
Every developer has at least 5 years of professional experience and works full-time on your project only, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, inside your tools: your repository, your tickets, your chat.
What it costs
GoLive's rate depends on the profile, the stack and the length of the engagement. It is sent with the CVs, within 48 hours, and it covers sourcing, replacement and follow-up. There is no recruitment fee.

How a small business usually starts
- A short brief: your stack, what needs to be built, and who will review the work on your side.
- CVs within 48 hours: 2 to 3 senior profiles, with the rate. You interview them directly.
- Five days to measure: we suggest starting with 5 days to see the developer's speed and quality on your real code, then planning the rest on that basis.
- Everything on your accounts: code, access and documentation live on your accounts from day one. You are free to speed up, slow down or bring the work in-house.
When GoLive is not the right choice
- You want a fixed-price project: we do not sell fixed-price projects or a firm global quote. You pay for a dedicated developer's time and steer the priorities yourself.
- Nobody can steer the work: someone on your side needs to set priorities and review what is delivered. The founder selects the developer and follows the engagement, but he is not a day-to-day project manager.
- You need a few hours a week: our developers work full-time on one project. For occasional tasks, a freelancer is a better fit.

Time zone
